I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff at check-in were really helpful. The beds were incredibly comfy, making it hard for me to leave my room. The hotel's location in the downtown area was perfect. It was close to restaurants and just down the road from Powell Street Station, Westfield Mall, and Macy's. Transportation was convenient, allowing me to easily explore the city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel located in the heart of downtown. The staff was great, and the hotel was immaculate. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The facilities, especially the gym, were top-notch. The hotel's location was perfect, just steps away from the mall, high-end stores, and many restaurants. It was convenient to walk or take a short taxi ride to all the attractions. Having a Target right across the street was an added bonus for picking up essentials.

We were delighted to find that we could access our room earlier than expected, allowing us to settle in comfortably. While our family enjoyed a delicious lunch at the hotel bar, we were able to catch the exciting east coast football game between the Eagles and Dallas. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the location was ideal, with numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance.
