The hotel's location is fantastic for exploring the city, with Union Square, public transportation, shops, and restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the well-kept bathrooms, was impressive. The staff were friendly and professional, providing helpful suggestions and assistance with luggage. The parking attendant even allowed us to grab coffee before picking up our car.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The location was perfect, right by Union Square and close to the cable cars. Everything was within walking distance in the city center. We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, thanks to its prime location right in Union Square. It was the perfect base for exploring this vibrant city, with easy access to transportation, shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. We were right opposite the Westin and Macy's, and the iconic trolley car line was just a half block away, making it convenient to visit other attractions and eateries. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep, and we especially loved the charming old-world vibe of the hotel. The staff, particularly Tony at the front desk, were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right where the trolley turns around, making it super convenient for getting around this city. The hotel was also very close to Union Square and the Powell Bart station, which made it easy to explore the city and get to the airport. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right on the end of Powell St, close to Macy's, Westfield shopping mall, and other shops. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Darwin, the assistant front manager. He went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. We were also impressed with the hotel facilities and the convenience of transportation options, including the nearby Bart train.
