The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for our convention on Lexington Avenue. The transportation options were excellent, with multiple subway lines within a short walking distance.

The location was fantastic - close to transportation and within walking distance to the Theater District and the Theater. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and comfortable room that had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with local plans and making our stay enjoyable.

The staff were friendly and helpful, giving recommendations and making reservations. The location was perfect, close to dining, shopping, and public transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious and clean bathroom.

The staff, especially the concierge, were lovely and went out of their way to accommodate us. They quickly moved us to a different room when we weren't happy with the first one. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was fantastic with hot water. We paid extra for a city view, and being on a higher floor meant we heard very little traffic noise. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions and close to train/subway stations.

The staff were amazing, providing exceptional service throughout our visit. The location was also perfect, with easy access to Times Square and Macy's department store. We enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants, and the hotel facilities were clean, quiet, and comfortable.
