We loved the location, just steps away from the vibrant 16th Street Mall and Union Station. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, and the staff, from the valet to the front desk, were friendly and helpful. Being within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and attractions was a major convenience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff allowed me to check in early, which was a huge relief after a tiring journey. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, especially the shower. The location couldn't be better for exploring the downtown scene, with easy access to transportation and parking. I also loved the fact that there were plenty of good coffee and cocktail options nearby, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay. With its great atmosphere and friendly staff, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The location was perfect, right in downtown, allowing easy access to many restaurants and shops.
