We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Special shoutouts to Ann, Subana, Ramona, Julian, and Charlene for their exceptional service. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us to walk to most places in the city center and old town within 15 minutes. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities, including the gym with a steam room and sauna, were top-notch. The breakfast offered a varied and fresh spread every morning.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, allowing us to easily explore everything on foot or by tram. The rooms were excellent, clean, quiet, and well-connected. The breakfast was varied and fresh, and the food and service in both the restaurant and lobby cafe were top-notch. we were very impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and transportation options available in this city.
