I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely amazing - a wide choice of fresh fruit, pastries, and even fresh honeycomb. The hot food selection was also top-notch. The staff were incredibly accommodating and pleasant, especially Joana who checked on us every day. The hotel's facilities were excellent, including a great indoor pool that the kids enjoyed. The location was perfect, near Marquez de Pombal where the Hop On/Off buses start, with two great restaurants within a 5-minute walk.

The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The large luxury room was a treat, with chocolates provided every day and complimentary bottles of water. The hotel's location was convenient, with the metro station just a 2-minute walk away. It took us only 10 minutes to reach the city center. The outdoor pool was great, and the sun loungers provided a comfortable spot to relax. The hotel facilities, including the spa, were also very nice. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, transportation, and location in a small area.
